Cockroaches
Covered in your regular service

How to spot them

Roaches are night workers: droppings that look like coffee grounds under the sink, a musty odor in cabinets, or a big reddish-brown roach (an American or 'sewer' roach) scuttling across the bathroom floor when you flip on the light.

Why they show up in the Central Valley

Valley summers push oriental and American roaches out of sewers, drains, and irrigation boxes toward cooler, wetter spots — bathrooms, laundry rooms, and water heater closets. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and clay sewer lines see them most.

What you can do right now

Fix leaks and dry out under-sink cabinets, keep pet food sealed overnight, and pour a cup of water down unused drains monthly so sewer roaches can't climb through dry traps. Foggers don't work — they scatter roaches deeper into walls.

How Cornerstone handles it

We treat entry points, moisture zones, and the exterior perimeter so roaches are stopped before they get comfortable indoors. Cockroaches are covered on every recurring plan, with free re-treats between visits if they push back.
