Millipede Control in the Central Valley

Serving Stanislaus, San Joaquin & Merced counties since 2011.

Millipedes
Covered in your regular service

How to spot them

Slow, cylindrical crawlers that curl into a coil when touched — usually appearing in numbers after rain, along garage doors, patio edges, and ground-floor walls.

Why they show up in the Central Valley

Millipedes live in damp soil, mulch, and leaf litter, and Valley storms or heavy irrigation flush them out by the hundred. They're harmless and usually die indoors within days — but nobody wants to sweep up a pile of them.

What you can do right now

Pull mulch and leaf litter back from the foundation, fix low spots where water pools, and seal door thresholds. Most of the battle is simply drying out the strip of ground next to the house.

How Cornerstone handles it

Perimeter treatment along the foundation stops the migration at the wall. Millipedes are included in standard coverage on every visit.
